Division 1 Speed and Strength Summer Camp 2014


Division 1 Personal Training & Fitness will host a youth summer training program, beginning June 2, 2014 and ending July 30, 2014.  This program will focus on strength training and conditioning for youth athletes, ages 7-18 years of age.  Whether your child plays basketball, baseball, football, wrestling, etc. we welcome them.  Our mission is to optimize your youth's performance in-season and off-season.  We will train two days of the week, Monday and Wednesday promptly at 6:30 pm.
